It’s the perfect gift for the motorcyclist on your Christmas list! Please note that after Thanksgiving, I’ll upgrade all orders to First Class mail shipping. According to the USPS, books ordered before Dec. 15 should arrive in time for Christmas giving.

I’ll apply the $10 shipping and handling fee towards shipment via courier.
